A successful week for the cars of Lopresto Collection in London and Belgrade.
At Salon Privé, a concours d'elegance that takes place in a fabulous context of Blenheim Palace, the Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 GS Aprile won the first prize in the class F "pre-war sports racers" and it took the 3rd place of the final classification for the Best in Show, behind a Rolls-Royce of 1912 and the winner, a Talbot-Lago T26 GS Coupe Figoni of 1948. The Alfa was also awarded with a special prize for the best design of bodywork. Duccio Lopresto participated as a judge of G and I classes.
At the same time in Belgrade, in occasion of 24 Hours of Elegance, the Cisitalia D48 won the "Most extraordinary historical automobile". The car a unique one, was driven by Tazio Nuvolari at the GP in Monaco in 1948 and raced in Switzerland for different years.
