This car was built in 1950 and immediately shipped to Mexico to enter the epic race "Carrera Panamericana", which in 1950 it was run for the first time. The car participates in the race with Felice Bonetto (accompanied by the mechanic Bruno Bonini) with race number 103, finishing eighth overall and winning the seventh stage, the hardest. Sold in Mexico after the race has only recently returned in Italy, where it has been restored with the original livery of the race
